Position Summary

ROR Partners is seeking a Programmatic Manager to oversee a busy team of programmatic specialists. This person will be responsible for leading day-to-day execution across The Trade Desk and DV360/YouTube, while also managing their own set of client accounts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in programmatic media buying and some people management experience, with the ability to provide both strategic thinking and hands-on support. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of programmatic specialists, ensuring strong performance, accuracy, and professional growth.
  • Manage a small portfolio of client accounts directly.
  • Oversee campaign execution across The Trade Desk and DV360/YouTube.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Analytics, and Client Services to ensure alignment between channel performance and client goals.
  • Maintain close partnership with Search and Social leaders to ensure integrated, cross-channel media strategies.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance while driving continual optimization and actionable insights.
  • Partner with analytics and product teams to enhance targeting, measurement, and automation.
  • Stay current on platform developments, testing opportunities, and AI-driven advancements in programmatic media.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on programmatic experience, including The Trade Desk and/or DV360/YouTube.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate technical performance clearly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in audience strategy and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated success driving results in demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across teams and departments.
